The historic Village of Brockport was one of many ports on the Erie Canal (you can still tie your canal boat there overnight), but now is best known as the home of the State University College at Brockport. Driving into town along Main Street takes you past beautiful old Victorian homes, and the historic downtown features one of the oldest continuing operating movie theaters, The Strand.
